The BJP is mourning the loss of Vijay Kumar Malhotra, a prominent figure in the party. Malhotra, 94, passed away at AIIMS Delhi on Tuesday morning. He was the first president of the BJP’s Delhi unit. The Delhi BJP has issued a statement of condolence.
