Separately, in Lucknow, a man was reportedly murdered by a woman’s family over a suspected love affair. The incident occurred after the girl’s brothers invited the victim to their home. The police have launched investigations into both these incidents. Local police have also increased security in the area of the Lucknow incident. The deceased’s brother has a criminal history and is currently in jail.
