In a significant event, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will inaugurate the Buddha Samyak Darshan Museum-cum-Memorial stupa in Vaishali. This event will be attended by Buddhist monks from various countries, marking its international significance. The stupa, constructed at a cost of over Rs 550 crore, will feature a relic casket of Lord Buddha discovered during excavations. The architectural marvel, built entirely of stone, incorporates modern technology and design. The surrounding complex will house amenities like a meditation center and a museum. This initiative is expected to boost the tourism and cultural landscape of Bihar.
