Fresh FIR in Mathura spotlights alleged sabotage in the aftermath of gaurakshak Chandrashekhar’s (Farsa Wale Baba) fatal accident. VHP’s state president Kanhaiya Agrawal accuses unidentified ‘dharmi virodhis’ and cow traffickers of stone-throwing to derail protest resolution.

Leading a team including Ranveer Singh and Nitin Chaudhary, Agrawal mediated at the volatile site where crowds were ready to stand down. Abrupt stone attacks by presumed smuggler allies shattered the fragile truce, sparking widespread disorder.

The complaint at Chhata outpost triggered charges under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 131, and 125. Saturday’s frenzy in Kosi Kalan saw police vehicles pelted, amplifying the crisis.

Cumulative FIRs name 22 individuals and 300 unknowns for violent acts involving stones, batons, and gunshots. Authorities hold 14, pursuing the rest aggressively.

Detailing the mishap, SSP Shlok Kumar said fog played culprit: Baba flagged a canter from Nagaland over smuggling fears. As he inspected rearward, collision with another truck proved deadly, with death pronounced immediately.

External mischief-makers fueled rumors, per Kumar, testing local resolve. The saga underscores vigilantism’s risks in UP, where VHP pushes for rigorous inquiry to deter future disruptions and honor Baba’s legacy.
