Actor-politician Hiran Chatterjee’s sharp rebuke to Mamata Banerjee has ignited discussions in West Bengal. ‘Didi, exit your dream world; BJP’s sun is up, morning has broken,’ he said in North 24 Parganas, capturing the sentiment of BJP’s electoral gains.

Delving into the state’s 50-year stagnation, Chatterjee blamed past regimes’ conflicts with Delhi. ‘BJP’s rule will propel Bengal to the forefront of development. Security votes favored us, ushering Hindutva’s tide,’ he explained.

Parallelly, BJP’s Arjun Singh addressed Bhatpara violence, demanding aggressive central force deployment. ‘Post-poll, TMC MLAs disappeared, councilors defect. Authorize BS F to fire on jihadis,’ he insisted.

On security withdrawal for Mamata, Singh was forthright: ‘2,000 personnel yanked? Former CMs have protocol rights per law, regardless of MLA status.’

Chatterjee promised a secure haven for sisters and daughters, jobs for every youth, ending TMC’s terror. ‘Industrialists dreaded investing; now they thrive.’

These pronouncements mark BJP’s aggressive post-election stance, blending critique with vision. Bengal’s political landscape evolves, prioritizing safety, growth, and unity over past discord.
