Woman carrying ‘Kanwar’ allegedly raped in Aligarh

The Uttar Pradesh Police has filed an FIR towards two males accused of raping a girl in Aligarh district throughout the Kanwar Yatra.
Aligarh SSP Muniraj G on Saturday stated the girl couldn’t sustain together with her husband whereas carrying Kanwar in Harduaganj. Two males identified to her provided to drop her house on their bike however took her elsewhere and raped her, he stated.
The police stated two groups have been fashioned to nab the accused.
“One team went to Agra and another Firozabad. Strict action will be taken against the accused,” the SSP added.
