    Several Indian athletes delivered remarkable performances at the World Para Athletics Championship. Sumit Antil continued his winning streak by securing his third consecutive gold medal in the F64 category for the javelin throw. His winning throw was 71.37 meters. Antil’s achievements include gold medals from the 2023 and 2024 World Championships and Paralympic gold medals from the 2021 Tokyo and 2024 Paris Games. He is also the reigning Asian Paralympic Games champion. Sandip Sargar won gold in the Men’s javelin throw F44 category with a throw of 62.82 meters. Sandeep Chaudhary also earned a silver medal in the same category, throwing 62.67 meters. Pradeep Kumar finished with a best throw of 42.72m and Tomas Soto secured a silver medal.
