    July 2025 witnessed a dynamic performance in the Indian electric scooter market. TVS Motor emerged as the leading brand, selling 22,256 units, marking a substantial 13.23% year-over-year growth, with the TVS iQube being a key driver of sales. Bajaj Auto secured the second position with 19,683 units sold, reflecting a 10.80% increase, fueled by demand for the Chetak EV.

    Ola Electric experienced a downturn, with sales figures dropping by 57.29% to 17,852 units. Ather Energy showed robust growth, taking the fourth position with a 59.04% increase, selling 16,251 units; the Ather 450X and 450S models saw considerable interest. Hero MotoCorp made a significant impact, achieving a 107.20% sales increase, reaching 10,501 units, supported by the Vida series scooters.

    The TVS iQube lineup begins with a base model that includes a 2.2kWh battery, offering a 75 km range. This base model charges from 0 to 80 percent in 2 hours and includes a 950W charger. The base iQube has a top speed of 75 km/h, weighs 115 kg, and provides 30 liters of under-seat storage. The base model is priced at ₹94,999.

    A 3.4kWh battery variant is also available, including a 5-inch TFT display and features like anti-theft alerts and turn-by-turn navigation. The iQube ST 3.4kWh offers a range of 100 km and includes a 7-inch touchscreen TFT display with Alexa voice assist, digital document storage, Bluetooth, and a tire pressure monitoring system, priced at ₹1,55,555. The high-end ST 5.1kWh boasts the largest battery capacity with a claimed 150 km range. The iQube ST 5.1 has a top speed of 82 km/h and charges from 0 to 80 percent in 4 hours and 18 minutes, including all the features of the ST 3.4kWh, and is the most expensive model, priced at ₹1,85,373.
