There is good news for those who aspire to get the job of driver or assistant loco pilot in Indian Railways. Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released vacancy for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Locomotive Pilot or Assistant Loco Pilot. The application process for these posts will start from January 20 on the official website indianrailways.gov.in. As soon as the application process starts, fill the form without any delay. Along with this, candidates above 45 years can also apply.
A total of 5696 posts will be recruited through RRB ALP Recruitment 2024. If you have also passed class 10th and have ITI certificate, then you will be considered eligible to apply for these posts. Who can apply for RRB ALP
Anyone who wants to apply for RRB ALP Recruitment 2024 must have passed class 10th from any recognized board or institute. Also candidates have the post of Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic, Mechanic (Radio/TV), Electronics Mechanic, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Wireman, Tractor Mechanic, Armature and Coil Winder, Mechanical (Diesel), Heat Engine Must have certificate in the trades of Turner, Machinist, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic. Apart from this, candidates should have three years diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering from a recognized institute.
Application fee will have to be paid to fill the railway driver form.
Application fee for Women/EBC/SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman/Transgender/Minority: Rs 250. Application fee for all other candidates: Rs 500.
