In Berlin, a cross-party Indian delegation, led by BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad, has begun a diplomatic mission to address terrorism. The delegation aims to highlight India’s resolute and unified stance on the matter. The Indian Ambassador to Germany, Ajit Gupte, welcomed the delegation. The visit is part of Operation Sindoor. The delegation will engage with German officials and the Indian community in Germany. The delegation previously visited Belgium. Ravi Shankar Prasad emphasized India’s role as a voice for victims of terrorism. Pankaj Saran indicated that the EU acknowledges India’s growing significance on the global stage. The delegation’s visit and associated diplomatic efforts are in direct response to a recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, resulting in Indian military strikes.
