Harshit Rana’s bowling performance in the recent match against Sri Lanka came under fire. The bowler gave away 54 runs in four overs. Kris Srikkanth criticized the bowler’s ‘filmy reactions,’ arguing that such displays are unhelpful. Srikkanth emphasized the impact of Kuldeep Yadav and Varun Chakravarthy, who he felt played a key role. The match went to a Super Over, which India eventually won, courtesy of Arshdeep Singh’s bowling. Srikkanth concluded that the team’s wrist spinners are match winners and the Sri Lankan team tested the Indian bowling lineup.
