On November 30, Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered the 128th edition of his monthly radio address, ‘Mann Ki Baat,’ a special broadcast dedicated to reflecting on a month filled with national inspiration and significant achievements. PM Modi characterized November as a period that brought forth ‘a lot of inspirations’ for the entire nation.

The address prominently featured the 150th anniversary of the patriotic anthem ‘Vande Mataram,’ celebrated on November 7, evoking a strong sense of national unity and historical pride. The Prime Minister also celebrated India’s emerging capabilities in the space sector, highlighting the recent inauguration of Skyroot’s Infinity Campus as a key development for future space exploration and innovation.

Important national observances were also a central theme. PM Modi spoke about the special program held on Constitution Day, November 26, in the Parliament’s Central Hall, reinforcing the significance of India’s democratic framework. He also noted the spiritual significance of the hoisting of the Dharma Dhwaja at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya and the inauguration of the Panchjanya Memorial in Kurukshetra, both occurring on November 25.

Advancements in national security and defense were celebrated, with the induction of INS Mahe into the Indian Navy being a notable point. Modi emphasized how these developments, alongside progress in aviation MRO, signify India’s growing self-reliance and the dynamic potential of its youth.

Looking forward, the Prime Minister announced that India is set to host the 2030 Commonwealth Games in Ahmedabad, a monumental event for sports enthusiasts across the country. In an agricultural triumph, India achieved a record foodgrain production of 357 million tonnes, a figure that demonstrates immense progress in the farming sector over the past decade. The speech also briefly revisited commendations for the armed forces and security operations.
