The Israeli intelligence agency, Mossad, is aware of the locations where Iran has hidden its high-grade uranium. Israel is prepared to take action should Iran attempt to use this uranium. This information has emerged amid growing tensions between Iran and Western countries. The international community is urging Iran to disclose the whereabouts of its high-grade uranium. The UN’s nuclear watchdog, the IAEA, reports that Iran possessed 440.9 kilograms (972 pounds) of uranium enriched to 60% before Israeli and US air strikes in June. This amount is only a step away from weapons-grade uranium.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi admitted on September 11th that Iran’s high-grade uranium reserves are buried beneath rubble following attacks by Israel and the US. This statement was made after the UN nuclear monitoring agency expressed grave concern about Iran’s enriched uranium stockpile. The agency also stated that it has no information about Iran’s activities since the June attacks on its nuclear facilities.

According to the Jerusalem Post, citing Israeli army sources, it would take Iran about two years to produce nuclear weapons even if it began rebuilding its destroyed nuclear sites.

The Jerusalem Post also revealed that dozens of female Mossad agents were deployed to Iran during Israeli attacks on Tehran’s nuclear and missile programs in June. Mossad Director David Barnea emphasized the vital role of the women during the 12-day conflict. The activities of these female agents are not yet public. Mossad utilized them for missions from surveillance to ground operations. Barnea sent hundreds of Mossad agents to conduct several operations simultaneously in Iran, targeting radar platforms, ballistic missiles, and sites damaged by Israeli aircraft.
