Mahuadand The District Athletics Championship-2025 organized by Latehar District Athletics Association at the sports ground of Sant Joseph Vidyalaya in the block ended on Sunday. At the closing ceremony, the chief guest Sarojini Lakra rewarded the winners. CD Singh, President of Jharkhand Athletics Association, Father Dilip, Principal of Sant Joseph Plus Two School and Shailesh Sharma, Secretary, Ramgarh District Athletics Association were present as special guests. District Athletic Association secretary Anubha Khakha welcomed all the guests after seeing shawls and bouquets. He said that this championship has given the youth of the district an opportunity to show their talent. After 13 years, Latehar District Athletics Championship was organized. In the championship, participants from different age groups demonstrated their talent. The championship winners were announced. In this, ITC Latehar became overall champion in the under 14 age group. Sant Joseph Plus Two School Mahuadand in Under 16, Sant Joseph Plus to High School Mahuadand in Under and Mahuadand overall champion in Under 20 became Mahuadand overall champion.
