Jaipur’s SMS Hospital ICU Fire: Six Patients Perish, Others Injured

A significant fire incident at the Sawai Man Singh (SMS) Hospital in Jaipur’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) has led to the tragic loss of six patients on Monday, with several others injured. Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma made a visit to the hospital following the fire. The cause of the fire has been attributed to a short circuit, as confirmed by Dr. Anurag Dhakad, the In-charge of the SMS Hospital Trauma Centre, who also noted the patients were already in very critical condition.
