Jharkhand Finance Minister to Discuss Budgetary Performance with Secretaries

A review meeting will be conducted today by Jharkhand Finance Minister Radha Krishna Kishore with departmental secretaries. The primary objective of the meeting is to analyze the expenditure patterns of various departments during the initial three months of the current fiscal year. Secretaries representing departments with low spending rates will be specifically engaged. The meeting aims to delve into the reasons behind the underspending and identify any potential hurdles. Furthermore, the Finance Minister has issued directives to the DDC of Palamu district to utilize untied funds for the construction of small bridges, showcasing the government’s emphasis on swift infrastructure development.
