    Justice Tirthankar Ghosh of the Calcutta High Court discussed the challenges faced by victims due to the delayed removal of obscene content from online platforms. He emphasized the embarrassment and serious consequences victims endure because of these delays. The court highlighted that the failure of service providers to address complaints and the difficulty investigators face in tracing sources are major issues. Justice Ghosh also mentioned the importance of forensic science.
