The Jammu and Kashmir Police have initiated action against Sajjad Gul, the leader of The Resistance Front (TRF), by attaching his properties valued at Rs 2 crore. This action follows the Pahalgam terror attack, for which the TRF claimed responsibility. The seized property is a residential building located in Srinagar. The attachment is associated with FIR No. 235/2022, which falls under the UAPA. The UAPA allows authorities to seize properties used or intended for terrorist activities.
