    The India Alliance is holding a meeting in Delhi today, where the restoration of statehood for Jammu and Kashmir will be a primary topic of discussion. National Conference President Farooq Abdullah has confirmed that this issue will be brought up during the meeting. Simultaneously, the Allahabad High Court will swear in five new judges today, including Pramod Kumar Srivastava, Zafir Ahmad, Santosh Rai, Abdul Shahid, and Tej Pratap Tiwari. This follows an August 4th notification from the Union Ministry of Law and Justice. Meanwhile, farmers in Uttar Pradesh will experience developments in the coming days as the state government implements an e-lottery system, supervised by District Magistrates, to select beneficiaries for subsidized agricultural equipment. The e-lottery will be conducted by the agricultural department in all districts on August 7th and 8th.
