A pivotal meeting of the CPI-ML Kharsan Panchayat Committee and its dedicated members took place Tuesday near the Kharsan Panchayat Bhavan in the Gawa block. The session, led by Sanjay Das and managed by Pyara Singh, featured the presence of block secretary Sakaldev Yadav.
Discussions were centered on the strategic planning for the General Body (GB) meeting slated for December 18th and the commemorative events for Comrade Mahendra Singh’s martyrdom day. Sakaldev Yadav paid homage to Comrade Mahendra Singh, recognizing him as a legendary figure in the fight for farmers, laborers, and the exploited sections of society. He highlighted Singh’s impact from Bagodar in galvanizing popular resistance against oppressive systems and injustices.
Yadav strongly condemned the central government’s policies, stating, “A Hitler-like mentality will not prevail.” He appealed to farmers, laborers, students, and the youth to congregate in Bagodar on the martyrdom day to take a solemn pledge and stand together against policies that harm the populace.
Among those in attendance were Kharsan Mukhiya representative Maksud Alam, Deputy Mukhiya representative Bhola Yadav, and Ward member Vinod Paswan, alongside a significant number of women activists and party workers. The meeting resolved to bolster the party’s organizational framework and ensure the successful realization of the planned programs.
