China’s Victory Day parade served as a gathering point for leaders from over 20 countries, including North Korea’s Kim Jong Un and Russia’s Vladimir Putin. Also present were Kim Jong Un, Putin, and Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, who joined Xi Jinping at the event.

Prior to the parade, Trump posted on his Truth Social platform, addressing China’s Xi Jinping: “Please give my warmest regards to Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong Un, as you conspire against The United States of America.” This message drew a reaction from the Kremlin.

Kremlin official Yuri Ushakov addressed former US President Donald Trump’s allegations that the leaders at the Beijing military parade were conspiring against Washington. Ushakov stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese leader Xi Jinping, and North Korea’s Kim Jong Un were not engaged in any conspiracy against the United States.

Commenting to the media, Ushakov stated that there was no intent to conspire (against the US). He also noted that the global community understands the individual roles played by Trump and his administration. The parade, organized by China’s People’s Liberation Army, commemorated the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. It featured leaders from roughly 23 countries, including Pakistan, North Korea, and Russia, and is widely seen as a demonstration of China’s military might aimed at the United States.
