    Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari held a public forum at the Congress Bhavan in Ranchi to address public grievances swiftly. The minister instructed the relevant departmental officials to resolve the issues brought up by the public. A total of 97 individuals presented their concerns, leading the minister to take immediate action and instruct officials to find solutions. The complaints included five related to health center construction, 12 from the supply department, 13 concerning medical issues, seven related to employment, eight about disaster management, 13 for ration cards, seven related to transfers, and 22 concerning land disputes. Additionally, there were complaints from various other departments. In several instances, the minister directly instructed officials, urging them to expedite the resolution process. He also requested updates on the progress. Attendees came from several districts, including Ranchi, Gumla, Dhanbad, Palamu, Chatra, Giridih, Hazaribagh, and Khunti, to present their grievances. Speaking to the media, the minister noted that numerous complaints had been received, with land-related issues being the most prevalent. The most frequent complaints were directed at COs, who were alleged to be supporting land mafias. The minister instructed officials to act in the public’s interest. Complaints regarding drinking water, police stations, urban development, health, and food supply were also addressed. The minister emphasized his commitment to solving the issues, stating his desire to serve the public effectively. Approximately 90% of the issues have been resolved, with the remaining ones facing technical challenges that will be addressed. The minister assured that all applications would be addressed. He highlighted that the public forum benefits both the public and the organization. This is seen as a positive initiative, encouraging participation when people’s concerns are addressed.
