**Volkswagen Taigun Discount Details**
The Volkswagen Taigun offers substantial savings, as it did in the previous month, with potential discounts reaching up to ₹3 lakh. The Tiguan, the flagship model, is imported as a completely built unit (CBU) and features a 204hp 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission that transfers power to all wheels.
**Breakdown of Savings**
The total discount on the Volkswagen Taigun has decreased by roughly ₹1 lakh compared to last month. The Taigun topline 1.0-liter TSI AT variant presents the most significant discounts, with the Highline and GT line trims offering discounts of ₹1 lakh and ₹1.1 lakh, respectively. Similarly to the Virtus, the Taigun’s base Comfortline trim is available at a special price of ₹10.99 lakh, which is ₹80,000 off the ex-showroom price. Customers purchasing the Taigun GT 1.5-liter TSI (both chrome and sport) variants can benefit from discounts of up to ₹1.55 lakh on both MT and DSG transmission options.
**Volkswagen Virtus Discounts**
The 115hp, 1.0-liter turbo-petrol variant of the Volkswagen Virtus lineup offers the highest discount, reaching up to ₹1.5 lakh. The entry-level Virtus Comfortline is now priced at ₹10.54 lakh, down from ₹11.56 lakh, representing a price reduction of ₹1.02 lakh. This model is equipped with a 150hp, 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine. Virtus models feature maximum discounts of up to ₹90,000, which include exchange and loyalty bonuses. All 1.5-liter variants with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission have discounts ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹40,000. As a result, the total discount on the Virtus has decreased from ₹2 lakh last month.
