Sujan Singh, Amarwada. Amarwada Police of Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh has exposed a blind murder. Fearing for her honour, the accused called the woman to the forest at night and then killed her. During interrogation, the accused told that the deceased was pressurizing him to live together. Due to this, the accused put the woman to death. At present, the police have produced the accused in the court and sent him to jail.
According to the information, the son had lodged a missing report of his mother at Singodi outpost under Amarwara police station. The police took it seriously and started searching for the missing woman. Police received information that a dead body was lying in the forest. The police immediately reached the spot and prepared the Panchnama of the body and took it into custody. Injuries and marks were found on the body of the deceased.

Police registered a case against unknown accused and took it under investigation. Amarwada SDOP Ravindra Mishra formed a team and started the investigation. After collecting evidence, on the basis of suspicion, a youth from the same village as the deceased was called and interrogated. During interrogation the youth admitted to the murder. The accused told that I had a love affair with the deceased and she was pressurizing me to live with her. Fearing for his honour, he was called to the forest and killed and ran away taking the deceased’s mobile phone with him.
The woman’s body was found on December 30
The police have seized the mobile phone of the deceased and the wood with which she was murdered from the accused. Amarwada police station in-charge Rajendra Dhurve said that on the afternoon of December 30, information was received about the dead body of a woman, two to three days old, lying in the forest of village Jamuniya. The body was taken into custody after reaching the spot. The deceased was identified as Vineeta. On the complaint of son Deepak Dhurve, a case of murder was registered against unknown accused and investigation was started.

Had a relationship for five years
During the investigation, it was found that the deceased had relations with Santosh Yadav of the village, the last time information was received about seeing the deceased with Santosh. The police took the suspect into custody and interrogated him strictly, in which Santosh confessed to his crime. He told that he had a relationship with the deceased for about five years. She used to put pressure on them to live together. But fearing defamation, the accused did not want to keep her with him. On the night of 26th December, Santosh called Vinita to himself and took her to the forest and beat her to death with a wood. At present, the accused has been arrested and sent to jail after presenting him in the court.
