Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai strongly condemned the Lutti Dam breach that occurred in the Balrampur-Ramanuj Ganj district. He issued a clear warning, stating that any future incidents of this nature will not be tolerated. Sai attributed the breach to the lack of consistent inspections by field officers and employees.
He ordered that all officials and staff should consistently inspect the dams and other constructions in the field.
