Maha Shivratri in Deoghar | Chief Minister Hemant Soren reached Deoghar on Wednesday on Mahashivaratri in Deoghar, the city of Baba Baidyanath. At the inauguration ceremony held at KKN Stadium, the Chief Minister blown the balloon and sent the Shiva procession. Chief Minister Hemant Soren said, ‘Bhole Baba has been the center of faith of people of different states on the holy land of Bhole Baba for centuries. Every year Shiva procession has been successfully taken out with the help of the people here. Now the tourism department of Jharkhand is trying to further it. The government, along with the people of Deoghar, will work to give Shiva procession a nationwide identity.

Hemant Soren said that Shravani fair is held in Deoghar. Like the great mahaparva, we live among millions of people. Every year a new chapter is being added to it. There is a small attempt by the tourism department to make Mahashivaratri more grand. This does not mean that it is governmentalization. This is a work of faith. Shiva procession is taking such a grand form only with the help of you Deogharwasis. The government is just a medium.

Hemant Soren said, ‘It is our endeavor to move forward with new happiness, new energy every day. All participants should be participated in making Baba Nagari a nationwide center of faith. We will all give a grand appearance to this event of faith. Year after year, the holy festival will be made more better, we will churn on it. The Chief Minister said that this event is a small effort of the tourism department. All of you will participate in it. With enthusiasm and enthusiasm, we will make this event of Mahashivaratri successful.

Rural Development Minister Deepika Pandey Singh and Tourism Minister Sudivya Sonu also addressed the inauguration ceremony. Earlier, by lighting the lamp, the Chief Minister, ministers, MLAs and others inaugurated the Mahashivratri Festival. Many officers and organizations including MLAs Suresh Paswan, Uday Shankar Singh, DGP Kranti Kumar Singh, Commissioner Lalchand Dadel, DIG Santal Parganas, Deoghar DC Vishal Sagar, SP Ajit Peter Dungdung were present on the stage.
