Mahindra & Mahindra has joined forces with Warner Bros. to release a special edition of its electric SUV, the BE 6, dubbed the Batman Edition. This unique vehicle incorporates design elements inspired by the Batman franchise, setting it apart with a distinctive aesthetic.
This special edition electric SUV is limited to only 300 units and will be available for booking starting August 23rd, with deliveries beginning on September 20th, which is also Batman Day. The price for this exclusive model is set at ₹27.79 lakh ex-showroom, providing a distinctive option for enthusiasts seeking a superhero-themed vehicle.
The exterior design features a satin black body with Batman-themed decals on the front doors. The vehicle also includes a Dark Knight badge on the tailgate and Batman logos on the fenders, bumpers, and reverse lamps. The wheels are 19-inch, with a 20-inch option available. The hub caps are adorned with the Batman logo. The brakes and springs have Alchemy Gold paint, and the infinity roof features the Dark Knight trilogy symbol. The interior features a Night Trail carpet with a Batman logo projection.
Inside, the Batman Edition showcases a dashboard with a brushed Alchemy plate bearing the edition number. A gold frame surrounds the driver’s cockpit. Suede and leather seats are accented with gold. The Dark Knight trilogy badging and pinstripe graphics are present on the dashboard, alongside the brand logo. The Batman logo is also found on the steering wheel, controller, EPB, and key fob.
The BE 6 Batman Edition is based on the Pack Three variant, equipped with a 79 kWh battery pack, offering a range of 682 km per charge (ARAI certified). This rear-wheel-drive SUV utilizes a powerful motor in the rear axle, generating 286 hp and 380 Nm of torque.
