The Royal Canadian Mounted Police responded to a mass stabbing in the Hollow Water First Nation, a remote community in central Canada. The attack resulted in the death of one person and injuries to six others. Hollow Water, located approximately 217 kilometers (135 miles) north of Winnipeg, Manitoba, is a community of about 1,000 residents. Authorities confirmed that the suspect also died during the incident.
