Lucknow. The double bench of Allahabad High Court has given a big decision in the recruitment case of 69 thousand primary teachers in UP and has cancelled the entire merit list. After which Union Minister Anupriya Patel has put forth her side by writing a post on social media (X).
Union Minister Anupriya Patel posted and said- The decision of the Hon’ble Allahabad High Court in the 69000 teacher recruitment case is welcome. The Backward Classes Commission itself had admitted that reservation rules were ignored in this recruitment case.
In the second post, she said- Now that the Hon’ble High Court has ordered to prepare a new merit list by fully following the reservation rules, I hope that justice will be done to the deprived class. Whatever the Hon’ble High Court has said, I have also always said the same.
In another post, she said- I have always raised this issue from the House to the highest level. Until the deprived class gets justice in this case, I will continue to make every possible effort to take this issue to its logical conclusion.
