Microsoft is adding a new batch of AI features for Windows 11 users, leveraging the Copilot platform. The latest features include the Copilot Vision tool, which allows the system to scan content displayed on a user’s screen, simplifying the process of retrieving and acting upon visual information. Users can ask questions about what’s on screen and command Copilot to complete tasks, such as enhancing the lighting in a picture. According to Microsoft, these features will be gradually rolled out to all users. Users with Snapdragon-powered Copilot Plus PCs can access the AI agent via the Settings app. Additionally, Windows is introducing other AI-driven tools like an AI-powered sticker generator in Paint, an object select tool, and an AI lighting option in Photos. Some non-AI related features are also coming, such as a colour picker in the Snipping Tool.
