MLA Amol Khathal of Shiv Sena Attacked in Maharashtra

In Sangamner, Maharashtra, Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) MLA Amol Khathal was attacked. The event happened during the inauguration of a festival. A young individual approached the MLA, using the pretense of a handshake as a cover to launch an assault. Security immediately intervened, detaining the attacker and turning him over to the authorities. After the attack, a large group of MLA Khathal’s supporters gathered outside. In response, the police have increased security measures in the city to prevent any further escalation.
