    Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his speech in the Ghanaian Parliament, invited Ghanaian lawmakers to visit India’s new Parliament building. In his address, he referenced the Women’s Reservation Act, 2023, as a key measure. Modi highlighted India’s strong economic trajectory and its potential to become the third-largest economy worldwide. He also mentioned India’s political stability and recalled the historical connection between Africa and India’s space missions. He addressed various global issues, advocating for governance reforms. Modi emphasized India’s democratic principles, highlighting its cultural and linguistic diversity. He lauded the good relations between India and Ghana. Modi was presented with Ghana’s highest civilian honor. Modi also thanked the people of Ghana and the government for the honor. The visit, which happened after more than 30 years, seeks to enhance the India-Ghana partnership, highlighting India’s commitment to Africa.
