Arunachal Pradesh Governor K.T. Parnaik delivered a compelling message at a state-level youth convention, declaring that Prime Minister Modi’s ‘Developed India’ vision by 2047 places the youth at its epicenter, fueling national progress through innovation and dedication.

The Governor’s keynote in Itanagar resonated with thousands, framing the youth as change-makers in Modi’s holistic plan encompassing infrastructure, education, and self-reliance. ‘Viksit Bharat is youth-powered; your ideas will shape our destiny,’ Parnaik motivated.

He showcased Arunachal’s youth ecosystem: from kiwi farmers turning exporters to drone pilots in agriculture, all aligned with national missions like Digital India and Skill India. The governor detailed how border state youth are vital for security and development.

Interactive workshops on fintech, e-governance, and sustainable development marked the event. Parnaik emphasized mental resilience and global competitiveness, drawing parallels to India’s rising stature in G20 and Quad.

With India’s median age at 28, Parnaik warned of the risks of an unharnessed youth bulge. Recent state policies have created 50,000 jobs via youth startups, he noted.

The convention ended with a youth charter pledging contributions to SDGs and Viksit Bharat@2047. Parnaik’s words echo Modi’s mantra, reinforcing that empowered youth will propel India to superpower status.
