Shivraj Singh has recommended the School Education Department to complete about 20 projects. The state government had told both the MLAs and MPs that development work worth up to Rs 15 crore can be done in the area. The highest number of proposals have reached the School Education Department. Most of the MLAs have sent proposals for development work. Only 25 proposals have been sent by the MPs. MLAs have given more than 140 proposals to the department. Funds have been given from the District Mineral Foundation to repair the boundary walls of schools and build new buildings. About Rs 253 lakh has been released by the School Education Department.
