    The Monsoon Session of Parliament will begin on July 21, 2025, and conclude on August 21, 2025. The session will have 21 sittings over a period of 32 days. Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the media ahead of the session. The government plans to introduce and pass several bills. Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Kiren Rijiju confirmed the government’s readiness to discuss any important issues. The opposition has requested discussions on topics including the Pahalgam terror attack, Operation Sindoor, Bihar Special Intensive Revision (SIR), and the Air India (AI) 171 crash. The Parliament will table 15 bills throughout the session, including discussing the Demands for Grants (Manipur) for the year 2025-26 and introduction, consideration and passing/return of the related Appropriation Bill.
