More than 1500 doctors will be posted this month. Doctors will be able to give option of 30 hospitals for posting. They will have to choose all the 30 options as per their preference.
State Bureau, Naiduniya: Bhopal. The Public Health and Medical Education Department has started a new system from this year for posting of bonded doctors in the state. Now, instead of MP Online, their posting will be done through the portal prepared by the department. Doctors will be provided the option of 30 hospitals of different districts on the portal. All 30 options will have to be selected according to their preference.
After this, they will be posted on the basis of merit of marks obtained in MBBS. About 1850 doctors are to be posted. The department will take action against those who do not fill the options for violating the terms of the bond. However, if the department wants, it can post them in hospitals other than the options. After posting, they will be monitored through the portal.
For example, how many patients did he see? How many days did he remain on leave? For posting of bonded doctors, such hospitals have been kept as options on the portal where there is no doctor. This will enable posting of doctors in almost 475 hospitals which are devoid of doctors.
