The 81-year-old woman approached the Bemetara Collector’s office, seeking acknowledgment of her existence, stating that she is alive and should not be treated as deceased. Her claim centers around a property dispute where the daughter-in-law is accused of plotting to seize her husband’s assets, motivated by the desire to acquire land. The land is located on Maihar Road, Satna, MP, which her husband had purchased. The daughter-in-law was responsible for managing the land, leading to its recent transfer to the daughter-in-law and her daughter. The death certificate was issued from the Maro police station in Bemetara.
