Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has given instructions to the Commissioner-Collector.

    Highlights

Resolution of pending cases in the 45-day Revenue Mahabhiyan. Instructions for strict action against negligent officers. Report of officers will be prepared on the basis of performance in the campaign.

State Bureau, Naiduniya, Bhopal: A 45-day long mega campaign is underway in the state to resolve pending revenue cases. In this, a report will be prepared by the commissioner, collector, additional collector, sub-divisional officer and tehsildar based on the performance of the districts. This will also play an important role in the upcoming postings, which will take place on a large scale after 15 August. There are preparations for change at the field as well as ministry level.

Revenue related matters play an important role in building the image of the government. In the first Maha Abhiyan, more than 30 lakh pending cases were resolved. Now undisputed transfer, division, demarcation, correction in maps will be done. For this, all the field officers were asked to prepare a 45-day action plan.

Officers will visit, strict action will be taken on negligence

Visit daily and see whether the purpose with which the campaign has been started is being fulfilled or not. Negligence at any level will not be tolerated in this. Strict action will be taken against the guilty officer, irrespective of his level. After the clear message of the Chief Minister, the Revenue Department has also issued guidelines.

Officials of the Chief Minister’s Office say that the Revenue Maha Abhiyan is being monitored from the state level. A district-wise report will be prepared, which will certainly become the basis for the future posting of officers.

    Ministers will also take charge

Along with the administrative staff, ministers have also been asked to monitor the campaign going on in the districts. They should conduct surprise inspections and if any shortcomings are found, they should get it rectified and also fix responsibilities. On the other hand, MLAs have also been asked at the party level to participate in the campaign. They should keep an eye on the resolution of pending cases.

    No hurry regarding transfer policy

There is a ban on transfers in the state before the assembly elections. There was also a discussion on removing it, but the government is in no hurry to bring a transfer policy. Actually, the academic session has already begun. Most of the transfer proposals come from the teacher cadre. It does not have a separate transfer policy.

Police transfers are done by the Establishment Board. There is no ban on it. For transfers in other cadres, the departments have to send proposals to the Chief Minister Coordination. The proposal of any department has not been stopped yet. It has been told to everyone that while making transfers, keep in mind the administrative system as well as the need.
