In the second Sawari of Sawan, Lord Mahakal will be seen in two forms
The second procession of Lord Mahakal will be taken out on the second Monday of Shravan month in Ujjain. Lord Mahakal will appear in the form of Chandramouliswara in a silver palanquin and Manmohan on an elephant. The procession will start from Mahakal temple at 3:30 pm, and Abhishek-Pujan will be held on the banks of Shipra. Tribal folk artists from Chhindwara and Bhopal Police Band will also participate in it.

Madhya Pradesh receives 7% more rain than normal
Heavy rain is expected in Indore and Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh, while Bhopal and Narmadapuram may receive light showers. So far, the state has received 447.4 mm rainfall, which is 7 percent more than normal. Humidity is coming due to cyclone and monsoon trough.

Payment of 30 thousand pensioners in the state failed
Under the social security pension schemes of the central and state government, payments are failing in the accounts of 30 thousand pensioners, out of which 7 thousand accounts have not received pension for 14 months. The department has instructed all the collectors to do physical verification and solve the problem. The number of failures is high in Indore, Sagar, Bhind and Mandsaur.

Sufi singer got diesel filled, water came out
Sufi singer Samarjit Randhawa was stranded in a forest area of Guna in Madhya Pradesh while travelling from Mumbai to Kanpur after a petrol pump filled her car with water instead of diesel. Randhawa sought help from the police. The pump owner apologised and arranged for another car, and a complaint was lodged.

Gift to 5.28 lakh beneficiaries of Chief Minister’s Housing
It has been decided to waive off the loans of 5 lakh 28 thousand defaulters under the Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana. The government has paid Rs 3,700 crore so far and Rs 2,345 crore is outstanding. Superintendent Engineer arrested red handed taking bribe of 10 lakh rupees in Narmadapuram
Public Works Department’s Superintendent Engineer RC Tirole was arrested by the Lokayukta team in Narmadapuram while accepting a bribe of Rs 10 lakh. Tirole had demanded Rs 20 lakh from a road construction contractor in Betul district. He was caught red-handed after taking action on the complaint.
