    Monsoon trough gradually started moving towards Himalayas. Rainfall activities are likely to decrease after two days. Ratlam received 28 mm rainfall and Rewa received 21.6 mm rainfall during 24 hours.

    Navdunia Representative, Bhopal. Currently, two cyclones are formed in the upper part of the air at different places. Apart from this, two other weather systems are also active. According to meteorologists, due to the continuous moisture in the atmosphere, there is a possibility of moderate rainfall in the districts of Gwalior, Sagar, Rewa, Jabalpur, Shahdol division.

    Clouds will remain in the remaining areas. There may also be light rain at some places. However, now the monsoon trough has slowly started moving upwards. Due to this, there is a possibility of a decrease in rainfall activity in Madhya Pradesh after two days.

    Where and how much rain fell

    On the other hand, in the last 24 hours till 8.30 am on Saturday, 28 mm rain was recorded in Ratlam, 21.6 mm in Rewa, 18.5 mm in Dhar, 18.4 mm in Malajkhand, 18 mm in Damoh, 16 mm in Khandwa, 13.3 mm in Gwalior, 12 mm in Sagar, 5.1 mm in Mandla, 4.9 mm in Indore, 3.6 mm in Satna, 2.8 mm in Seoni, 2 mm in Naugaon, 1.8 mm in Umaria, 1.7 mm in Guna, 1.6 mm in Khajuraho, 1.2 mm in Khargone, 0.8 mm in Ujjain, 0.4 mm in Betul and 0.2 mm in Jabalpur.

    This weather system is active

    According to the information received from the Meteorological Center, currently a cyclone is in a strong position in the upper part of the air over south-eastern Uttar Pradesh. Another cyclone is also present over north-eastern Rajasthan. Apart from this, the monsoon trough is going to the Bay of Bengal via Bikaner, Rohtak, Fatehgarh, Contai. An offshore trough is also formed from South Gujarat to Karnataka.

    The weather will remain like this in future

    Former senior meteorologist of Meteorological Center Ajay Shukla said that two cyclones are formed over Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh bordering Madhya Pradesh. Due to their effect, intermittent moderate rainfall may continue in the districts of Gwalior, Sagar, Rewa, Shahdol, Jabalpur division. Clouds will remain in the remaining areas as well. Also, light rainfall may occur at some places. However, now the monsoon trough has slowly started moving towards the Himalayas. Due to this, there are chances of reduction in rainfall activities in the state after two days.
