The MPV market is seeing a surge in new models, challenging the dominance of the Ertiga and XL6. Kia is set to launch the Clavis EV, with exterior and interior updates, and possibly using the same powertrain as the Creta Electric. It is expected to have a range of over 450km, available with two battery options, and include a large touchscreen and digital instrument console, along with many safety features. MG is launching the all-electric M9 Luxury MPV. Available in three colors, the M9 will be sold through select outlets and will compete with the Kia Carnival. It will feature a 90KWh battery with 245 BHP, 350Nm of torque, and a range of 430Km, starting at around Rs 60 Lakh. Nissan is introducing a compact MPV, a badge-engineered version of the Renault Kiger. This model will use the CMF-A+ architecture and offer a 1.0-liter petrol engine.
