    Naiduniya Representative, Gwalior: In 2022, in Gwalior, a young man who was stealing from his brother-in-law’s house strangled his sister to death. Brother-in-law has given statement against the accused in the court. He said that the accused had come to the house to steal. When his wife tried to stop him, he was murdered.

My brother-in-law used to visit my house often. On the day of the incident, I had left my wife having dinner at home. He had to get Karva Chauth shopping done, so he went back home early.

    My wife’s dead body was found lying at home. I had seen my brother-in-law and his friends on camera raiding my house on the day of the incident. He has been recorded to have entered the house and ran away after committing the robbery. This is the one who killed my wife. Victim hotel manager Rakesh Sharma (name changed), resident of Girwai, said this in his testimony during the hearing in the case of murder and robbery of his wife in the district cart.

    Radha (name changed), resident of Faridabad, was married in Gwalior in 2018. In the year 2022, murder and robbery were committed with him. The allegation is against the deceased woman’s real brother. The husband of the deceased was presented as the first witness in the court, who accused his brother-in-law of murdering his wife by strangulating her. Statements of witnesses have been recorded in this case. Now the hearing of this case will take place next week.
