A tragic event has come to light in the Kanker district of Chhattisgarh, where a young man, Manesh Nareti, was killed by Naxalites. The incident occurred shortly after Independence Day, with the Naxalites citing his act of hoisting the Indian flag in his village as the reason for the murder. The village, Binagunda, is located in a region heavily impacted by Naxalite activities.

Naxalites held a ‘people’s court’ before executing the murder, as per reports. This incident reflects the ongoing conflict between Naxal groups and the government forces in the region. Local authorities are investigating the matter, however, the situation underscores the perilous conditions faced by residents in Naxal-affected areas, particularly those who express support for the nation.
