This marks Nepal’s third T20 World Cup appearance, following their participation in 2014 and 2024.

Captain Zeeshan Maqsood steered the team to a comfortable position in the Super Six stage, aided by their tactical acumen and home advantage. Oman’s qualification signifies their third appearance at the T20 World Cup, having previously qualified for the 2016 and 2024 editions.
