New Delhi: Coronavirus in India: Corona virus is creating new records of infection daily. For the first time, more than 90,000 cases have been reported in a single day. According to the latest data released by the Health Ministry, a record 90,632 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours (from 8 am to 8 am on Sunday). After which the number of total infected has crossed 41,13,811, crossing the worrying figure of 41 lakh. At the same time, 1065 patients have died and the total number of dead has been 70,626. 

According to the Ministry of Health, 73,642 patients have recovered from this dangerous virus infection in the last 24 hours. This is the highest number of people to recover in a day. So far, the number of patients who have been cured has crossed 31 lakh. Cases are currently 8,62,320 active in the country. That is, they are either being treated in the hospital or they are in home isolation. 

According to the latest data, the recovery rate in the country has increased to 77.32 percent. The number of patients recovering in the last two days is also increasing. 20.96 percent patients are active and death rate remains below 2 percent (1.71 percent). At the same time, the positivity rate has been 8.29 percent.
