The price of the diamond is said to be around one crore rupees. This diamond has been found by Ahirguwa, a tribal resident of Chunwada who lives in extreme poverty.

He started digging the mine by working hard with his family

The labourer tribal family, extremely happy with the discovery of the diamond, said that on 6 May 2024, I had duly taken the lease to dig the mine from the diamond office and since then I started digging the mine by working hard along with my family. Despite the scorching heat, they continued to work on digging the mine.

The laborer said- God gave more than expected

We were hopeful that God will definitely give us something from this mine. God listened to us and gave us more than our expectations. After finding the diamond, an atmosphere of happiness is being seen in the tribal colony of Ahirgama.

The estimated cost could be around Rs 1 crore.

According to diamond experts, the estimated price of this rare diamond can be up to one crore. After finding the diamond, the tribal reached the district headquarters on Wednesday afternoon and deposited the bright, gem quality diamond in the diamond office located in the Collectorate.

Talking about the year 2024, this is the biggest diamond found in the last 7 months of this year which has been deposited in the diamond office today. This year 8 gem quality diamonds have been deposited whose total weight is 59.65 carats.
