Radha-Krishna decorated with jewels worth crores of rupees on Janmashtami in Gwalior
On the occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami, Radha-Krishna were decorated with precious antique jewellery at Gopal Mandir in Gwalior’s Phoolbagh. Programs will be held at the temple till 12 midnight. During this time, more than 300 soldiers and officers have been deployed around the temple. These jewellery from the time of Scindia state are studded with precious gems like gold, diamond, sapphire, emerald, ruby and topaz. These precious gemstone studded jewellery have also been given by the Scindia family.
A young man is stuck in the middle of the river in Khargone’s Karahi
A young man crossing the river in Devpiplya village of Karhi in Khargone district got stuck in the flood. SDRF team was called to rescue him. It was dark during the rescue. Facing difficulties, SDRF team rescued the young man.

A large number of devotees are reaching all the Krishna temples including Ujjain’s Sandipani Ashram to have darshan of the Lord. Lord received his education in Sandipani Ashram. It was here that he met Sudama.

Devotees are reaching all the Krishna temples in Indore including Gopal Mandir, Yashoda Mata Mandir, Dwarkadhish Mandir, Banke Bihari Mandir and ISKCON Mandir for darshan. Special decoration of the Lord has been done in all the temples today.

There is a crowd of devotees since morning to have darshan of Lord Krishna in all the Sri Krishna temples of the state including Raipur and Bilaspur of Chhattisgarh. Special decoration of the Lord will be done before the Aarti at 12 o’clock in the night. Maha Aarti will be held in all the temples at night and the birth anniversary of Sri Krishna will be celebrated.
A patient died after falling from a hospital building in Raipur
A 60-year-old patient died after falling from the fifth floor of Medlife Hospital in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The police who reached the spot are now investigating whether it is an accident, suicide or murder.
Theft incident in Jain temple of Katni
Thieves raided the Chandra Prabhu Digambar Jain temple in the Kotwali police station area in Katni city at night. This incident was captured on CCTV cameras. The thieves cut the railing of the path behind the temple and entered inside. After this, they took away the donation box.
