Naiduniya representative, Ujjain. A man and a woman kidnapped a girl from Chamunda Mata crossing on Wednesday. Both of them took her to Narayan Khedi village on Mahidpur Road. The villagers made the photo of the minor viral on social media, from which they got the information that the girl was seen in Narayan Khedi.
On this, the villagers reached the village and rescued the girl from the clutches of the man and woman. Both the accused were handed over to the police. During interrogation, the minor told that the accused man and woman had sold another minor to someone for Rs. 40,000. The police is investigating the case.
Dewasgate police station said that on Wednesday a person from Ghatia’s Jaithal Tek village brought his daughter to the district hospital for treatment. After the treatment, both of them were standing to get food available at the Chamunda Mata temple. During this time the daughter went missing.
During interrogation, the minor said that she was standing near Chamunda Mata temple to get food. During this time a man and a woman came and mixed some intoxicating substance in her food and made her eat it. After this, both of them took her away in a bus.
They kept her in different houses for two-three days and fed her good food and also gave her new clothes to wear. Both of them were planning to sell her to someone for 40 thousand rupees. Police is interrogating the accused Pramila, resident of Narayan Khedi and her husband Jitendra.
