    The Excise Department of Odisha organized a Walkathon to mark the end of its anti-addiction campaign on the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. The campaign, which started on No Tobacco Day, aimed to spread awareness about the dangers of addiction and illicit substances throughout the state. The Walkathon covered a distance of 2.3 km, with participation from students, civil society organizations, and prominent personalities. Speeches by officials and cultural performances highlighted the government’s commitment to combating substance abuse and fostering a healthier community.
