Outrage and Protest in Bokaro Over Offensive Post About Prophet Muhammad

The Muslim community in the Bermo area of Bokaro expressed outrage and protested on Saturday in response to a controversial social media post related to Prophet Muhammad, which was made by Ramkinker Pandey. Demonstrators took to the streets and demanded immediate action from the authorities. Police swiftly intervened and brought Ramkinker Pandey in for questioning in order to prevent any escalation. The police stated that they are investigating the disputed post, and severe action will be taken if Pandey is found responsible. During the demonstrations, angry protestors surrounded the police station and shouted provocative slogans. They stated that they would not accept any disrespect towards their religious beliefs. Police and administration appealed for peace. Local community members and intellectuals also appealed to all groups to exercise restraint.
